四川省人民医院2005～2009年中药不良反应报告分析

目的:分析四川省人民医院中药制剂不良反应(ADR)的发生规律及特点.促进临床合理用药.方法:对医院2005～2009年报告的155例中药ADR.利用Microsoft Excel电子表格进行分析.结果:导致ADR的中药制剂涉及34个品种.其中用于治疗缺血性心脑血管疾病的活血化瘀类构成比最高.最常见的ADR临床表现为皮肤及其附件损害(69.03%).结论:建议改进中药注射剂生产工艺,提高其质量,并在应用中注意合理用药.同时加强ADR监测.以期最大限度地减少其ADR的发生.

Analysis on the Reports of Adverse Drug Reaction of Traditional Chinese Medicine from 2005 to 2009 in Sichuan Provincial People's Hospital

Objective： To analyze the occurrence regularity and characteristics of adverse drug reaction （ADR） of Traditional Chinese medicine preparations in Sichuan Provincial People＇s Hospital and to promote rational drug use. Mothods： Analysis was made on 155 cases of Traditional Chinese Medicine ADRs from 2005 to 2009 by using Microsoft Excel spreadsheet. Results： 34 varieties of Traditional Chinese medicines which lead to ADR were involved, among of which blood circulation drugs used for the treatment of ischemic cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases accounted for the highest incidence （54.84%）. The most commonly seen ADR is damage of skin and its appendix （69.03%）. Conclusion： The production technology of Trational Chinese medicines and their quality should be improved, while the rational use of them and should be paid attention to the ADR monitoring should be strengthened in order to minimize the occurrence of the ADR.
