摘    要:肺泡上皮细胞向间质细胞转型是纤维化局灶成纤维细胞的重要来源,各种刺激因子作用于细胞受体,诱导细胞通路改变,从而对上皮-间质转型进行调控。对肺纤维化中上皮-间质转型信号转导调控机制的研究,为发展新的治疗策略提供了重要信息。

Abstract:Alveolar epithelial cells(AECs) serve as an important source of myofibroblasts through epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT) in pulmonary fibrosis.Several stimulating factors act on cell receptors and regulate the process of EMT.The studies on the signal transduction mechanisms of EMT in pulmonary fibrosis can supply important information for therapeutic strategy.
