PICC在肺淋巴瘤化疗中的临床应用观察

摘    要:目的为肺淋巴瘤化疗患者建立良好的静脉通道,比较PICC静脉化疗与传统外周静脉化疗的优劣。方法将38例肺淋巴瘤化疗患者随机分为两组,分别采用规范化PICC置管输入化疗药物、外周静脉滴注化疗药物,观察化疗相关局部毒副反应发生情况。结果观察组化疗全程顺利进行,静脉炎发生2例,未有渗漏损伤的发生,毒副反应发生率5.0%。对照组发生静脉炎9例,发生渗漏损伤5例,同时发生1种以上毒副反应4例,毒副反应发生率52.6%。结论对于肺淋巴瘤患者施行PICC置管静脉化疗,能很好地保护血管,有效防止静脉炎及渗漏损伤的发生,减少患者痛苦,保证化疗顺利完成,明显优于传统的外周静脉化疗。

Abstract:Objective To establish a favourable vein passage for pulmonary lymphoma patientsundertaking chemotherapy,so the drug can be infused accurately;To relieve the suffering causing by local untoward effect which was produced by chemotherapeutic drugs.Method 38 cases of pulmonary lymphoma receiving chemotherapy were randomly divided into two groups,chemotherapeuetic drugs were injected via standardized peripherally inserted central catheter;the local chemotherapy-related toxicity were observed respectively.Results 2 cased of phlebitis and no leakage were observed in observation group,the incidence of toxicity was 5.0% ;correspondingly,9 cases of phlebitis and 5 cases of leakage-causing injury were observed,4 cases of toxicity over one kinds occurred in control group,the incidence of toxicity was 52.6%.conclusion Practicing PICC on patients of pulmonary lymphoma receiving intravenous chemotherapy can protect veins,prevent the occurrence of phlebitis and leakage-causing injury;it also reduce the suffering,ensure the successful completion of chemotherapy.All these evidences showed PICC is superior than the traditional peripheral intravenous chemotherapy.
