| 摘 要： | 全球有1/3人群感染结核分枝杆菌,结核病已是继艾滋病之后导致人类死亡的第二大传染病。儿童结核病由于自身的特点致使其在公共卫生中并未受到重视,而且在诊断和治疗的研究中均落后于成人。儿童结核病一定程度上反映了未来成人的结核病水平,重视儿童结核病对结核病控制具有重要意义。本文就目前儿童结核病流行病学、诊断、治疗等方面进行了概述。

| Abstract: | It is estimated that one third of world population has been infected with mycobacterium tuberculosis. The tuberculosis is the second leading cause of death after HIV from an infectious disease world. Low public health priority given to childhood tuberculosis due to its own characteristics. Studies about diagnosis and treat- ment in childhood tuberculosis have lagged behind. Pediatric tuberculosis reflects the level of adult tuberculosis to some extent in future, attention paid to pediatric tuberculosis plays an important role in tuberculosis control We reviewed current status of epidemiology, diagnosis and treatment of pediatric tuberculosis. |
