| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血管内皮生长因子C（VEGF-C）在人喉癌组织中的表达及与淋巴结转移之间的关系。方法选择65例喉癌标本，应用免疫组织化学染色方法，检测VEGF-C在人喉癌组织中的表达，同时对其与临床病理参数的关系进行统计学分析。结果①VEGF-C蛋白在喉癌组织中呈强阳性表达，且VEGF-C蛋白表达水平显著高于对照组（P〈0．05）；②VEGF-C蛋白表达水平在淋巴结转移组较无淋巴结转移组均明显升高（P〈0．05）。结论VEGF-C与喉癌的淋巴结转移密切相关，检测其在喉癌组织中的表达有助于预测淋巴结转移的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the relationship of vascular endothelial growth factor C （VEGF-C） with lymph node metastasis in human laryngeal carcinoma.Methods Immuohistochemistry was used to detect the expressions of VEGF-C in 65 samples of human laryngeal carcinoma. The relationship between VEGF-C expressions and the clinicpathological diameters was statistically ana- lyzed.Results （1）VEGF-C were positively expressed in laryngeal carcinoma tissues while they were negative in tae control group. Their expressions were significantly higher than those of control group（ P 〈 0.05） ;（2）The expression of VEGF-C were significantly higher in the group with lymph node metastasis than those without lymph node metastasis（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Our study demon- strates that VEGF-C was involved in the laryngeal carcinoma lymph node metastasis. The examination of VEGF-C expression in laryn- geal carcinoma may be useful in predicting lymph node metastasis. |
