莆田市高中生乙型肝炎知识水平及影响因素分析

目的：了解莆田市高中生关于乙型肝炎（乙肝）的知识情况，为制定高中生乙肝健康教育措施提供依据。方法：整群抽样法抽取莆田市三所高中430名高中生，以班级为单位采用自行设计的乙肝问卷调查表意进行现场匿名调查。结果：高中生乙肝知识得分总体偏低，平均为（13．34±5．51）分（总分为30分），乙肝主要三种抗原和抗体的知晓率为5．30％，乙肝考生的受限专业的知晓率为7．00％，大三阳、小三阳的知晓率为13．30％，乙肝病毒携带者的知晓率为15．30％，身边有乙肝病毒携带者应怎么办的知晓率为16．70％。二分类非条件Logistic回归分析表明，影响知识得分的因素有：是否独生和家庭人均月收入。结论：高中生对乙肝相关知识的掌握情况不理想，应有针对性地进行健康教育。

THE KNOWLEDGE RELATED TO HEPATITIS B AMONG SENIOR MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENTS IN PUTIAN AND ITS INFLUENCING FACTORS

Objective：To study the knowledge related to Hepatitis B and its influencing factors among senior middle school students in putain, and to provide basis for developing intervention. Methods：A cluster stratified sampling method was used to survey 440 senior middle school students from 3 middle schools in putian city. They were asked to fill the self filled questionnaire anonymously. Resuits：As a whole, senior middle school students investigated had a poor level of knowledge on Hepatitis B. The average score they obtained was 13.34 ±5.51, while the total score was 30. The hepatitis B main three kind of antigen and the immune body know rate are 5.30%, rate of Knowing that the hepatitis B examinee is limited specialties is 7.00% ,the nate to knowing big three positive, small three positive is 13.30%, the hepatitis B virus carrier is 15.30% and that of how does the side have the hepatitis B virus carrier to manage is 16.70% The results from Binary regression showed that the main factors which affected the scores were Independence of Health or non - exclusive Health and Family per capita monthly income. Conclusion： Senior middle school students in Putian city have poor knowledge on Hepatitis B, therefore health education and intervention work should be strengthened there.
