红花黄色素治疗急性脑梗死临床疗效观察

目的探讨红花黄色素治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法将120例急性脑梗死患者随机分为红花黄色素治疗组和对照组,治疗前后对患者的临床神经功能缺损程度进行评分。比较2组神经功能缺损程度评分及总有效率。结果治疗组和对照组治疗后神经功能评分与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组和对照组在治疗后相比评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组的总有效率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论红花黄色素能够有效改善患者的神经功能缺损程度,促进急性脑梗死患者的康复,是治疗急性脑梗死的有效方法。

Clinic observation of the curative effect of saffbr yellow in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction

Objective To observe the curative effect of safflow yellow in treatment of acute cerebral infarction onset within 48 hours.Methods A total of 120 cases of acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups,which 30 cases in the treatment group were treated with safflow yellow,and 30 cases in the control group did not get safflow yellow.The neurological functional deficit scales were carried.The NIHSS scores and total effective rate were compared between the treatment group and controlled group.Results There was significant difference between the NIHSS scores of the two groups(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the treatment group was higher obviously than that in control group.Conclusion Safflow yellow can improve neurological functional deficit and promote the patients with acute cerebral infarction to recover.Safflow yellow is effective in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.
