| Abstract: | Objective Explore the hepatitis bvirus(HBV) before C/C gene mutations and hbv-dna levels and transaminase relationship.Methods Collect patients with chronic hepatitis b viral hepatitis,serum 423 before C/C area gene sequencing,HBV markers,hbv-dna and ALT,AST.Results HBVnt1896 mutant strain 158.nt1899 mutations strain,57 cases.C area is centered largely in the first five variation,27,the sequence of amino acids in 60 patients.Conclusion the second liver virus mutations are mainly concentrated in nt1896.Nt1896 mutations and HBeAg secrete dysfunction,nt1896 mutations can aggravating liver damage. |
