自然组织谐波成像在超声心动图中的应用

目的：通过与基波成像（FI）的对比观察，研究自然组织谐波成像（NTHI）对心内膜显示能力和心脏结构清晰度影响，探讨NTHI在超声心动图中应用价值。方法：（1）对45例各种后天性心脏病，采用NTHI成像技术对心内膜清晰度进行半定量分析。（2）对15例先天性心脏病，心脏结构（VCS）在NTHI状态与FI比较分析，结果：（1）后天性心脏病组在NYHI状态下心内膜边界评分在全部720个节段中490个节段得到改善，总改善率68％，P＜0．05，（2）先天性心脏病组在NTHI状态下不仅改善了心脏组织结构清晰度，而且提高了缺损断端及未闭导管的清晰度。结论：NTHI新技术在超声心动图应用中，对于成像困难的患能改善EBD和VCS,对先天性心脏病能提高小病变的分辨率，该技术是一种十分有价值，简便易行的新方法。

Application of native tissue harmonic imaging on echocardiography

Objective To study the efluence to clarity of native tissue harmonic imaging(NTHI) in endocardial visualization and ventricular structure as compared with fundamental image(FI).Methods NTHI technique was used to observe endocardial visualization in 45 cases of acquired heart diseases.The results were analysed semiquantitavely and compared with those in 15 cases of congenital heart diseases.Results In acquired cases under the condition of NTHI,490 segments of endocardial borderscore were improved in 720 segments with the improvement rate of 68%( P <0.05).Among the congenital heart cases,NTHI enhanced the clarity of visualization of cardiac structure and defects.Conclusion NTHI is a valuable and simple technique in echocardiography especially for those patients with technological difficulties.
