| 摘 要： | 目的：阐述亲水性聚丙烯酰胺凝胶（HPAMG）注射隆乳术引起凝胶肉芽肿的病理改变。方法：对1例HPAMG注射隆乳术后引起肿块的活检标本进行肉眼和组织形态学观察。结果：主要病理改变为异物肉芽肿及由异物巨细胞和胶原纤维包绕的大小不等的囊腔，囊内充满不规则蓝染异物，伴有脂肪和肌肉凝固性坏死。结论：某些HPAMG可能对机体组织有一定毒性作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To report histopathologic characteristics of hydrogel granuloma resulting from hydrophilicity polyacrylamide hydrogel injected for augmentation mammoplasty(HPAMG). Methods The speciman of one case with breast mass induced by HPAMG injection was observed by gross and microscopy. Results The major histologic features of this process included foreign body granuloma, multiple cysts,in which there were a lot of irregular blue foreign material,surrounded by foreign body giant cells and collagenous fibers, together with coagulation necrosis in fat and muscle . Conclusion This suggests that some HPAMG have a certain toxicity and side effects to human body. |
