膀胱内灌注化疗预防浅表性膀胱癌术后复发的护理

[目的]探讨膀胱内灌注化疗预防浅表性膀胱癌术后复发的护理.[方法]对25例浅表性膀胱癌行膀胱肿瘤电切术或膀胱部分切除术后病人行膀胱内灌注化疗,化疗前做好病人的心理护理、使用正确的灌注方法以及做好灌注后的健康宣教.[结果]无一例病人出现严重的毒副反应,病人能正确地面对疾病.同时对自己的疾病有初步的认识.[结论]熟悉膀胱内灌注化疗的操作方法及注意事项,重视病人及家属的健康宣教,加强其心理护理,增加其安全感,从而使治疗工作能顺利进行,同时也减少了并发症的发生.

Nursing care of patients undergoing intra-bladder perfusion chemotherapy to prevent postoperative relapse of superficial bladder carcinoma

Objective: To probe into the nursing care of patients undergoing intra-bladder perfusion chemotherapy to prevent postoperative relapse of superficial bladder carcinoma. Methods: A total of 25 superficial bladder carcinoma patients were carried out intra-bladder perfusion chemotherapy after undergoing transurethral resection of bladder tumor (TURBT) or bladder partial resection. Before chemotherapy, psychological nursing, correct perfusion method and health propaganda and education for patients were carried out well. Results: None had severe poisoning and adverse reaction during the chemotherapy. Patients can face to their disease correctly. Meanwhile, most of them have primary recognition on their disease. Conclusion: Nurses should be familiar with the manipulation and announcements of intra-bladder perfusion chemotherapy and think highly of health propaganda and education for patients and family members. Nurses should strengthen psychological nursing and feeling of safety for patients, so as to make treatment successful and to reduce the occurrence of complications.
