脑卒中与血脂及其相关因素探讨

目的：探讨血脂、载脂蛋白与脑卒中的病因学联系。方法：对２１９例脑卒中患者中脑出血８７例。脑梗塞１３２例均经ＣＴ证实，并配以１６０例不影响血脂代谢无神经系统疾病为正常对照组。测定胆固醇、甘油三酯、载脂蛋白ＡｐｏＡ及ＡｐｏＢ含量。结果：脑卒中患者血脂及其亚型均高于对照组。尤其是患者组高密度脂蛋白胆固醇／低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（ＨＤＬ－Ｃ／ＬＤＬ－Ｃ）比值低于正常组Ｐ〈０．０５。患者组有糖尿病、高血压、冠心

Blood Lipids and Other Related Risk Factors of Stroke

To assess the relationship between onset of stroke and blood lipids,apolipoprotein(Apo),219 patients with stroke(cerebral hemorrhage 87,cerebral infarction 132),diagnosed with the aid of CT,were examined.The levels of serum total cholesterol,triglyceride,Apo A,Apo B were tested.160 cases with no disorder in metabolism of blood lipids or other disease of meurolo gic system were taken as control group.The results showed that the ratio of high density lipoprotein cholesterol and low density lipoprotein cholesterol was lower than that of control group( P <0 05).In the patients group,cases with diabetes,hypertension,coronary heart disease or obesity,the levels of blood lipids,triglyceride and cholesterol were higher than those without above mentioned diseases.The conclusion is that there is certain relationship between blood lipids,lipoprotein,HDL2,HDL3 and cerebrovascular disease.The ratio of high density lipoprotein and low density lipoprotein is the important factor in predicting of stroke.
