PCNA、p53及C—erbB—2在卵巢浆、液粘液性上皮瘤中的表达

目的 研究卵巢浆、粘液性上皮瘤PCNA、p53、C－erbB-2基因产物的表达与细胞增殖关系。方法 采用S－P免疫组化法对110例卵巢浆、粘液性良恶性肿瘤进行PCNA、p53及C－erbB-2的检测。结果 在30例卵巢囊腺瘤、38例交界性囊腺瘤及42例腺癌中，PCNA的阳性表达分别为16.67%、0和0；p53的阳性表达分别为57．89％、39．47％和15．79％；C-erbB-2的阳性表达分别为90．48％、73．80％和42．86％。三组相比差异有显著性（P＜0．05）。p53及C-erbB-2的表达在PCNA强阳性组大于PCNA的弱阳性组及阴性组，在浆液性肿瘤组大于粘液性肿瘤组。结论 卵巢交界性肿瘤在不同程度上具有与腺癌相似的癌基因表达，浆液性腺癌的预后比粘液性腺癌差，可能与癌基因表达阳性率有关。

Expressions of PCNA, p53 and C-erbB-2 in serous, mucinous tumors of ovary

Objective To explore the relations of expressions of PCNA,p53 and C erbB 2 with cell proliferation in serous, mucinous tumors of ovary. Methods The expessions of PCNA,p53 and C erbB 2 were studied in 110 cases of serous, mucinous tumors of ovary by the immunohistochemical S-P method. Results The positive rates of PCNA, p53 and C erbB 2 in the cystadenoma, borderline cystadenoma and adenocarcinoma of ovary were 16.67%,0 and 0;57.89%, 39.47% and 15.79%; 90.48%, 73.80% and 42.86% respectively. There were significantly difference among three groups (P< 0.05 ). The positive rates of p53,C erbB 2 in PCNA strongly positive group were higher than that in PCNA weakly or negative group. The positive rates of three markers in serous tumors of ovary were higher than that in mucinous tumors. Conclusion Positive expression of oncogenes in ovarian borderline cystadenoma were similar to ovarian carcinoma in defferent degrees.The prognosis of the patients with serous carcinoma of ovary was poorer than the patients with mucinous carcinoma of ovary,it may be related to positive rates of C erbB 2 and p53.
