经尿道膀胱肿瘤切除术治疗膀胱多发肿瘤的疗效观察

【目的】探讨经尿道膀胱肿瘤切除术（transurethral resection of bladder tumor，TURBT）治疗膀胱多发肿瘤的疗效。【方法】多发性膀胱癌23例，采用TURBT治疗，术后常规行膀胱灌注治疗，并定期膀胱镜、经静脉泌尿系造影检查等复查。【结果】所有患者术后病理均证实为膀胱移行细胞癌。19例获随访的病例中11例术后复发，3例复发后行膀胱全切术；7例复发后再次行TURBT；1例术后6个月复发，同时发现右肾盂占位，行右肾，右输尿管全程及膀胱袖口状切除同时切除膀胱肿瘤。【结论】TURBT治疗膀胱多发肿瘤可作为一种选择，但要密切随访，及时处理复发肿瘤。

Efficacy of Transurethral Resection of Bladder Tumor for the Treatment of Multiple Bladder Cancer

Objective]To explore the efficacy of transurethral resection of bladder tumor（TURBT） in treating multiple bladder cancer. Methods] Twenty three patients with multiple bladder cancer were treated by TURBT and chemistry irrigation, and the follow up with cystoscope and intravenous urography examinations were performed periodically. Results]All patients were pathologically confirmed as bladder transitional cell carcinoma. Nineteen cases were followed up and bladder cancer recurred in 11 cases. Among 11 recurrence cases, 7 underwent radical cystectomy, 7 were treated again with TURBT and 1 underwent right kidney, ureter and bladder cuff and tumor resection after 6 months postoperatively because of the recurrence of cancer in bladder and right pelvis. Conclusion]TUBRT is a feasible treatment for the patients with multiple bladder cancer. The close follow up is necessary and the recurred tumor should be managed in time.
