血透患者家庭护理提供者生活质量及相关因素研究

目的了解血液透析(血透)患者家庭护理提供者主观生活满意度与客观状态的关系，探讨主观生活满意度的影响因素。方法对65例血透患者家庭护理提供者进行一般情况和生活质量综合评定问卷(QOLI-74)调查，并进行相关性和多因素回归分析。结果家庭护理提供者各维度的主观生活满意度与其客观指标相关，但也与其需求、年龄、文化程度、与患者的关系有关。结论客观状态是影响主观生活满意度的第一因素，同时应考虑需求、年龄、文化程度、与患者的关系对家庭护理提供者主观生活满意度的影响。

Quality of Life and Related Factors of the Caregivers to the Hemodialysis Patients

Objective To analyze the relationships between the subjective life satisfaction and the objective status of the caregivers to the hemodialysis patients and to explore the factors influencing the subjective life satisfaction. Methods Sixty-five caregivers were administered the questionnaire of general conditions and QOLI-74. Correlation analysis and multiple factor regression analysis were performed. Results Correlation existed between the subjective life satisfaction and the objective life status. The demand, age, acknowledge of the caregivers and the relationships with the patients had an impact on the quality of life of the caregivers as well. Conclusion The objective status is the key factor to the subjective life satisfaction, meanwhile, the demand, age, acknowledge and the relationships should be considered.
