彩色多普勒高频超声对乳腺病变的钟式定位及图像研究

目的 探讨彩色多普勒超声对乳腺疾病的诊断价值。方法 分析528例乳腺病变的超声表现、特征、彩色血流情况，并与198例有手术病理记录的结果进行对比研究。结果 彩超诊断恶性病变33例，手术病理证实32例，符合率96．97％；彩超诊断良性病变165例，手术病理证实156例，符合率94．55％，时钟法定位引导手术满意率100％。结论 彩色多普勒高频超声诊断乳腺疾病准确，无损伤，定位精确，重复性好，是一种理想的首选方法。

Clock location and imaging analysis of 528 cases of breast diseases by CDFU

ObjectiveTo evaluate the value of the color Doppler flow image in the diagnosis of the breast diseases.MethodsUltrasonic findings,features,color blood flow of 528 cases of breast diseases were analyzed in detail,and compared with pathologic results of 198 cases undergoing surgical operations.ResultThirty-three cases of malignant breast diseases were diagnosed by CDFI and 32 cases of those were proved pathologically with the accuracy of CDFI being 96.97%.165 cases of benign breast diseases were diagnosed by CDFI and 156 cases of those were confirmed pathologically with the accuracy of CDFI being 94.55%.The successive rate of operation was up to 100% in the clock localization.ConclusionCDFE is an effective method and first choice to diagnose breast diseases due to its many merits such as accuracy,distinction,non-invasion,exact localization and good repeatability.
