| 摘 要： | 目的探讨儿童上睑下垂手术治疗的时机及术式选择。方法将先天性上睑下垂患儿25例分为两组,分别用额肌瓣悬吊术（A组）及上睑提肌缩短术（B组）治疗,术后随访,对临床效果进行分析。结果 25例患儿中,矫正满意20例,矫正不足5例,无过度矫正病例。A组发生睑缘弧度不自然2例,重睑线变宽2例;B组发生结膜脱垂2例,睑缘弧度不自然2例,轻度上睑内翻倒睫1例。结论儿童上睑下垂的治疗方法中,上睑提肌缩短术和额肌瓣悬吊术均是优良的方法,但需严格掌握适应证。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the timing and selection of surgery for blepharoptosis in children.Methods Patients were divided into two groups.Group A was treated by suspension of frontal muscle flap,and group B by resection of levator palpebrae superioris muscle.Follow-up and effect analysis were done for all cases.Results In 25 cases,20 cases were satisfactory and 5 undercorrected,with no overcorrection.In group A,unnatural palpebral margin arc was discovered in 2 cases and double eyelid broadening in 2 cases.... |
