| 摘 要： | 目的在转录水平研究肿瘤转移抑制基因nm23-H1和癌基因c-erbB-2在人食管癌中的表达及其临床价值.方法应用逆转录多聚酶链反应技术(RT-PCR)对30例食管癌中nm23-H1、c-erbB-2基因mRNA的表达情况进行定量分析,探索其与临床病理之间的关系.结果nm23-H1基因mRNA在食管癌组织中表达低于正常食管粘膜组织(P<0.05);分化差的癌组织中表达低于分化较好者(P<0.05),有淋巴结转移低于无转移者(P<0.01).c-erbB-2基因mRNA在食管癌组织中表达高于正常食管粘膜组织(P<0.05);分化差者高于分化较好者(P<0.05),有淋巴结转移高于无转移者(P<0.05).结论基因nm23-H1、c-erbB-2可作为食管癌重要生物学指标,有助于对食管癌生物学行为的了解和预后的判断,从而指导临床治疗. |

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the expression and clinical significance of nm23-H 1 and c erbB 2 in human esophageal carcinoma.Methods:The expressions of nm23-H 1?c erbB 2 messenger RNA were detected by RT-PCR in tissue samples from 30 cases of esophageal carcinoma.Results:The results showed the nm23-H 1?c erbB 2 messenger RNA expressions were related to histology type and metastasis of lymphnodes in cancer tissues.Conclusion:The nm23-H 1?c erbB 2 might be an important biological marker in esophageal carcinoma and it might be useful to the study of biological behavior and to the prognosis in esophageal carcinoma. |
