| 摘 要： | 目的：评价去甲去氢长春碱(诺维本NVB)对晚期乳腺癌的治疗作用。方法：采用诺维本为主药的联合方案，治疗晚期乳腺癌42例，均为初治患者，均经细胞学或病理证实。结果：本组完全缓解CR4例，部分缓解PR24例，有效率66．7％。主要毒性为骨髓抑制，及消化道反应。结论：NPC方案是治疗晚期乳腺癌较为理想的方案。

Short-Term Effect of Navelbine on Advanced Breast Cancer in 42 Cases |

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the effect of navelbine on advanced breast cancer.Methods:Forty-two cases of cytologically and pathologically confirmed advanced breast cancer were treated with combined chemotherapy including navelbine as the cardinal drug.All patients received no previous treatment.Results:The complete response was observed in 4 out of 42 patients.Partial response was observed in 24 out of 42 patients.The overall response rate was 66 7%.Side effects were mainly myelo suppression and digestive tract reaction.Conclusion:NPC regimen is worthy of use in the treatment of advanced breast cancer. |
