| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨乳腺癌患者化疗期间生存质量与社会支持之间的关系,为临床护理实践提供参考依据。方法:对66例住院期间施行化疗的乳腺癌患者采用乳腺癌患者生存质量量表FACT-B中文版(V4.0)和社会支持量表进行生存质量和社会支持问卷调查,分析其相关性。结果:乳腺癌患者化疗期间生存质量总分为(92.53±17.86)分,社会支持总分为(42.70±7.65)分。乳腺癌患者化疗期间生存质量与社会支持具有正相关(r=0.296,P=0.016)。结论:乳腺癌患者化疗期间获得的社会支持高于正常人群,生存质量与社会支持呈正相关。

| Abstract: | Objective：To discuss the relationship between the life of quality and social support of breast cancer patient in chemotherapy,and to supply clinical nursing basis. Methods ：66 patients with breast cancer were investigated by FACT - B（ V4. 0） ,Social Support Inventory and Social Support questionnaire in hospital stage,and analyzed their correlational. Results ：The total score of life quality of breast cancer patients was （92.53 ± 17.86） ,the total score of social support was （ 42.70 ± 7.65 ）. There was positively related between the quality of life and social support （ r = 0. 296 ,P = 0.016 ）. Conclusion： The social support of breast cancer patients in chemotherapy stage was higher than general population. There was positively related between the quality of life and social support. |
