| 摘 要： | 目的:分析综合康复护理对促进脑卒中伴有肩手综合征(SHS)的患者上肢功能恢复的效果。方法:选择2009年6月～2010年12月来我院诊治的合并有SHS的脑卒中患者138例,按照随机数字表法分成干预组和对照组各69例,对照组采用脑卒中患者传统常规护理,干预组在对照组护理的基础上采取综合康复护理措施,对比分析两组患者干预前后的疼痛评分、水肿程度、上肢功能评分。结果:两组患者干预后疼痛评分、水肿程度、上肢功能均较干预前有所改善,较治疗前差异均具有统计学意义(△P<0.05);干预后干预组疼痛评分、水肿程度、上肢功能恢复均优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合康复护理可以促进伴有SHS脑卒中患者上肢功能的恢复,减轻SHS带来的痛苦。
