| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨护理干预对肺癌患者生活质量的影响.方法:将72例患者随机分成对照组和干预组.对照组36例仅进行常规的治疗护理,而干预组36例在常规护理的基础上进行心理干预及系统的健康教育.参考QOL自评量表制作<肺癌患者生存质量调查表>,并对两组患者的生活质量进行评分.结果:对照组患者经1个疗程(1个月)常规治疗后,生理状况和情感情况与入院时相比有显著性差异(P<0.01),但社会/家庭状况、与医师及疾病的关系、生活自理能力等与入院时无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗后患者生活质量总评分与入院时相比有明显改善(P<0.01).干预组患者经1个疗程治疗护理干预后,患者在生理状况、社会/家庭状况、与医师及疾病的关系、情感状况、功能状况与入院时相比均得到很大的改善(P<0.01).干预组患者生活质量总评分与入院时相比显著提高(P<0.01).干预组与同期对照组在治疗前生活质量无显著差异,经不同治疗与干预后,干预组患者的生活质量明显高于对照组(P<0.01).结论:对肺癌合并胸腔积液患者在化疗期间同时进行护理干预,可有效提高治疗效果,明显改善患者的生活质量.
