| 摘 要： | 目的探讨二次抽血对体检人群血糖测定结果的影响。方法采用全自动生物化学仪检测三组体检人群空腹血糖值,A组为正常对照组,B组、C组为检测组(B组、C组为同一组人群),A组、B组人群均采集清晨空腹静脉血,30 min后采集C组人群空腹静脉血。结果检测组头次抽血所测得血糖值与正常对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),检测组二次抽血测定的血糖值与正常对照组及头次抽血所测得的血糖值差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论二次抽血所测血糖值不能准确反映体检人群空腹血糖水平,应尽量避免。
