| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨运用循证护理方案指导经皮冠状动脉腔内成形及支架植入术患者围术期的护理效果。方法:112例择期行冠状动脉腔内成形及支架植入术的患者按入院先后顺序分为传统组(n=54)和循证组(n=58)。传统组采用常规护理方案,循证组采用循证护理方案,并对两组的护理效果进行比较。结果:循证组住院期间不良反应及并发症发生率均显著低于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:运用循证护理,可提高冠心病介入诊疗术后患者舒适度,预防及减少并发症的发生,提高临床护理质量。
