| 摘 要： | 目的:分析新型医院船模拟伤员的伤情特点,探讨战伤情况下紧急手术器械的种类和准备方式,提高海战伤员手术的救治效率.方法:收集300名模拟伤员资料,分析伤情特点,用实验犬模拟40例手术,将传统野战手术器械与改良后的手术器械分别计算器械数量,并进行比较.结果:同一术式,改良后的手术器械数量少于传统野战手术器械.结论:对手术战伤器械准备和使用的改进,可使手术时间缩短,手术效率提高,促使医院船手术救治能力和水平进一步提升.
