Comparison of before and after nursing effect of implementation of pressure ulcers report on high-risk orthopedic patients

Objective：Lower pressure ulcers incidence rate of orthopedic patients.Methods：Use Broden grade sheet to assess pressure ulcers risk factor of hospitalized patients and the result of grade less than 12 points is total 133 cases from February 2008 to October 2010.Set the 66 cases of before implementation of pressure ulcers report as control group,and after implementation of pressure ulcers report as observation group.The control group is treated by traditional experiment nursing methods of preventing pressure ulcers,and the observation group takes corresponding control measures according to risky factors reported by hospital pressure ulcer monitoring procedure except simultaneous scientific evaluation.Results：There is significant difference（P0.05）of two groups pressure ulcers incidence rate.Conclusion：Sufficient assessment and take corresponding preventive measures of orthopedic patients can effectively reduce the incidence rate of pressure ulcers
