| 摘 要： | 目的了解宁夏某医院儿童患者EB病毒(EBV)感染现状及其临床特点。方法采用实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应法对626例住院患儿进行EBV DNA定量检测。结果 EBV总阳性率为7.99%,男性和女性阳性率分别为7.37%和9.13%;8~11岁年龄组患者占13.43%;2009、2010年阳性检出率分别为6.09%和9.46%,有上升趋势;临床诊断主要以呼吸道感染为主。结论加强儿童患者EB病毒的检测,对其防治有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To learn about the infection status of epstein-barr virus(EBV) among pediatric patients in our hospital.Methods The EBV DNA of samples from 626 pediatric patients were detected by fluorescent quantitative PCR(FQ-PCR).Results Total positive rate was 7.99%.The positive rates of male and female samples were 7.37% and 9.13% respectively.The patients aged 8 to 11 years accounted for 13.43%.The overall positive rate was 6.09% in 2009 and 9.46% in 2010.Conclusion We should enhance the detection of EBV,wh... |
