| 摘 要： | 目的探讨C肽(C-Peptide)释放试验在不同程度肝硬化合并肝源性糖尿病患者中的应用价值。方法应用化学发光检测方法对45例肝硬化合并肝源性糖尿病和23例初诊2型糖尿病进行了C肽释放试验的检测对照。结果各级肝硬化合并肝源性糖尿病患者C肽释放试验均较对照组明显增加,两者间差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论 C肽释放试验在鉴别肝源性糖尿病中有一定的应用价值,对肝硬化程度的判定有重要意义。
