| 摘 要： | 目的 研究通过对食管癌、肺癌、乳腺癌、胃癌、肠癌等恶性肿瘤患者的常规止凝血功能指标检查,探讨部分恶性肿瘤患者凝血功能改变的意义.方法 用贝克曼ACL9000全自动血凝仪,采用凝固法原理对98名健康对照,263例恶性肿瘤(食管癌69例,肺癌59例,乳腺癌44例,胃癌52例,肠癌39例)患者的常规凝血功能指标:凝血酶原时间(PT)、部分活化凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、纤维蛋白原(Fib)和D-二聚体进行检查.结果 恶性癌患者的D-二聚体、Fib水平和健康对照组相比明显增加(P<0.01),且APTT、PT有不同程度的缩短(P<0.01或P<0.05);而大部分肿瘤患者与健康对照组相比TT水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 恶性肿瘤凝血功能增强,抗凝及纤溶活性降低,机体处于高凝状态,有血栓形成倾向,而肺癌患者高凝状态更为明显.
