摘    要:目的:探讨康复护理干预在脊髓损伤患者神经源性膀胱功能转归的作用。方法:对68例脊髓损伤后神经源性膀胱患者分为对照组和观察组,对照组行常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上行膀胱功能的康复护理干预,比较康复治疗1月后两组患者的残余尿量、尿路感染发生率。结果:观察组残余尿量、尿路感染发生率均较对照组显著下降(P〈0.05),观察组排尿方式较对照组亦有显著改善(P〈0.05)。结论:两组患者的残余尿量、尿路感染发生率进行比较,差异有显著性,有统计学意义。因此在临床护理工作中,应加强康复护理干预,提高患者护理依从性,减少泌尿系感染,提高患者的生存质量。

Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the effects of nursing intervention for neurogenic bladder patients 'outcomes after spinal cord injury.Methods:68 patients with neurogenic bladder dysfunction after spinal cord injury were divided into two groups:intervention group and control group.The control group underwent routine care whereas intervention group carried out with bladder functional interventions except for routine care.Two measurements including residual urine volume(RUV)and urinary tract infection rates were compared between two groups one month later.Results:Residual urine volume and urinary tract infection rates in intervention group were significantly lower than were in control group(P0.05).Patients in The intervention group have a better bladder function than it does in control group(P0.05).Conclusions:There is a significant difference between two groups.In clinical,more careful nursing intervention is important for decreasing urinary infection rates and im-proving these patients' quality of life.
