胃镜辅助腹腔镜手术治疗胃间质瘤32例

目的 探讨胃镜辅助下腹腔镜手术在胃间质瘤治疗中的价值.方法 2008年6月至2011年6月共32例胃间质瘤患者接受胃镜辅助下腹腔镜手术治疗,对其手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间等资料进行综合分析.结果 32例手术均顺利完成,手术时间（65.3±23.4） min,术中出血量（54.5±15.7）ml,术后胃肠道功能恢复时间（47.90±13.53）h,术后住院时间（7.3±3.5）d,所有病例随访12 ～48个月,未见复发或远处转移.结论 胃镜辅助下腹腔镜手术治疗胃间质瘤安全、可行,手术创伤小,术后恢复快,是胃间质瘤手术治疗的理想方式.

Endoscopic-assisted laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of gastric stromal tumor: a report of 32 cases

Objective To evaluate the value of endoscopic-assisted laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of gastric stromal tumor.Methods A total of 32 patients with gastric stromal tumor were subjected to endoscopic-assisted laparoscopic surgery between June 2008 and June 2011.A comprehensive analysis was conducted according to the operation duration,blood loss,recovery time and hospital stay.Results All the operations were finished successfully.The mean operation duration was （65.3 ± 23.4） min,the mean blood loss was （54.5 ± 15.7） ml,the mean time of gastrointestinal function recovery was （47.90 ±13.53）h,and the mean postoperative hospital stay was（7.3 ± 3.5）d.No recurrence or metastasis was inspected during the follow-up ranging from 12 to 48 months.Conclusion Endoscopic-assisted laparoscopic surgery is both feasible and safe with minimal invasion and quick recovery,which is an ideal access to gastric stromal tumor.
