热毒宁注射液治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染的疗效观察

目的：观察热毒宁注射液治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法：将136例急性上呼吸道感染患儿随机分成治疗组和对照组,每组各68例,治疗组给予热毒宁注射液静脉滴注,对照组采用利巴韦林注射液治疗。结果：治疗组退热时间短于对照组,两组疗效比较有统计学差异（P〈0.05）;治疗组总有效率95.59%,对照组82.35%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,未见明显不良反应。结论：热毒宁注射液治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Curative effect of Reduning Zhusheye on children upper respiratory tract infection

Obiective：To observe the curative effect of Reduning Zhusheye on children of upper respiratory tract infection（URI）.Methods：A total of 136 URI cases were randomly into 2 groups.The treatment group（68 patients）were treated with Reduning Zhusheye,and the control group were treated with ribavirin injection.Results ：The total efficiency and the Reduning body temperature of treatment group was signifi-cantly highe（rP0.05）than control group,and no significant adverse reactions.Conclusion ：Reduning Zhusheye used to treat children with acute upper respiratory infection have a significant effect and good clinical value.
