| 摘 要： | CD40/CD40L是一对重要的免疫协同刺激分子,能够通过诱导细胞活化,上调共刺激分子的表达,促进细胞因子的分泌等在体液免疫和细胞免疫中发挥重要的作用,近年来其在感染性疾病中的作用的研究也已起步,为我们认识感染性疾病的发病及致病机制提供了新的思路。

| Abstract: | CD40/CD40L is an important pair of costimulatory molecules.They play key roles in both humoral and cellular immunity,including activation of CD40-positive cells,upregulation of costimulatory molecules and production of various cytokines.Recently the studies about their roles in infectious diseases have begun and provide us with pivotal information to understand the pathogenesis of infectious diseases. |
