摘    要:本文探讨了中国枪乌贼墨汁提取物的骨髓保护作用。采用超声波破碎等方法制备墨汁提取物,小鼠腹腔注射环磷酰胺和所提取的药物,采用实验血液学技术检测小鼠外周血WBC,RBC,PLT和Hb。结果表明:相对于损伤组乌贼墨提取物能够显著提高保护组小鼠外周血WBC数量(P<0.05),而对外周血RBC,PLT和Hb均无显著性的影响(P>0.05)。由此可见,中国枪乌贼墨汁提取物对环磷酰胺所致骨髓造血损伤有显著的拮抗作用和促进其恢复功效。

Abstract:The protect effect of extract from ink of Loligo chinensis on the marrow of mice was investigated.The ultrasonic wave stave and other methods were used to prepare the extract from squid ink,the extract and endoxan were injected into abdominal cavity,and levels of WBC,RBC,PLT and Hb in circumference blood were determined.The results show that concentration of WBC in the treatment group with extract was higher than that in the group treated with endoxan(P<0.05),significantly.Whereas,there were no differences in the levels of RBC,PLT and Hb between the two groups(P>0.05).So,extract from squid ink can impair the distructive effects of endoxan on marrow and improve its recovery.
