107例戒毒者健康状况与中医证候特点分析

目的：从中医角度证明吸毒对身体存在的多方面损伤。方法：通过对107例戒毒者的有关身体健康状况表现及中医证候、舌、脉象等分析，从临床表现及相关检验指标之间关系进行探讨毒品造成的损害。结果：初步发现主要的中医证候特点为湿浊瘀阻，气阴两伤；热毒浊瘀，气阴两亏；痰凝瘀结，元气虚损等证多见。结论：吸毒者存在多脏器损伤，损伤后且呈渐进性、难以逆转的趋势。

The analysis of 107 cases of drug abuser's health situation by Zheng Hou of TCM

Objective： To proof the multi-organs of drug abuser are hurt by drugs. Methods： Through the analysis of physical health situation and the Zheng Hou of TCM,tongue,pulse etc. Phenomena relative with 107 cases of drug abuser under treatment, and the study on the relation between the clinical apparent and the test index, it is found initiatively that the characteristic are displayed by shi zhuo yu zu, qi ying liang shuang; re du chuo yu, qi ying liang kui~ tan ning yu jie, yuan qi xu sun. Results： It is indicated that the strictness of that the multi-organs are damaged, and provided the clinical conference materials for treatment of drug abuser with TCM. Conclusions： Multi-organs are hurt by drugs, then present gradually and it is hard to be reversed（recovered）.
