复方卡力孜然酊联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗颜面部白癜风临床观察

摘    要:目的:评价外用复方卡力孜然酊联合窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)治疗颜面部稳定期白癜风的临床疗效及安全性。方法:将120例面部白癜风患者随机分成三组:A组:外用复方卡力孜然酊联合NB-UVB照射;B组:单独给予NB-UVB照射;C组:单独外用复方卡力孜然酊。疗程均为12周,治疗结束时依据治疗前、后患者皮损照片进行疗效评价。结果:治疗结束后,A、B、C三组有效率分别为78.6%、48.1%、51.9%,A组有效率与B、C两组相比,差异均有统计学意义(均P〈0.05)。A组与B、C两组复色开始平均时间相比,差异均有统计学意义(均P〈0.05)。三组患者治疗期间均无明显不良反应,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论:复方卡力孜然酊联合NB-UVB治疗面部稳定期白癜风起效快、疗效好,安全可靠。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Fufang kali ziran ding and NB-UVB for the treatment of stable vitiligo on the face. Mothods A randomized experimental controlled study was performed in 120 patients,they were randomly divided into three groups:group A,receiving Fufang kali ziran ding as well as NB-UVB therapy;group B,singly receiving NB -UVB therapy;group C,singly receiving Fufang kali ziran ding.All patients were treated for 12 weeks. Efficacy was analyzed using digital photography taken before and after treatment. Results After therapy,the re-sponse rates were 78.6%,48.1%and 51.9% respectively in group A,B and C.The response rate was higher in group A than in group B and C (P0.05).The average time of color restoration was longer in group B and group C than that of group A and C(P0.05). No obvious side effects were founded in three groups(P0.05). Conclusions The combinnation use of Fufang kali ziran ding and NB-UVB is effective and safe in the treatment of vitiligo on the face.
