摘    要:目的研究恒磁场对脑缺血再灌注大鼠抗氧化能力的影响.方法大脑中动脉线栓法建立脑缺血90min再灌注模型,40mT恒磁场体外照射大鼠头部30min/d,共7d,测MDA、SOD(T-SOD,CuZu-SOD,Mn-SOD)、GSH-PX、T-AO、CP的变化.结果磁疗组中的MDA显著低于模型组,T-SOD,CuZu-SOD,T-AO,CP显著高于模型组,Mn-SOD,GSH-PX相对模型组有增高趋势,但不显著.结论恒磁场能在一定程度上提高大鼠脑缺血-再灌注模型的抗氧化能力.

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of constant magnetic field on antioxidation ability of rats during ischemia-reperfusion injury.Method The rats were given cerebral ischemia for 90 min by using suture method,then reperfused for 7 days. During the 7 days,rats in magnetic therapy group were exposed to 40mT constant magnetic field, then to measure the changes of MDA,SOD(T-SOD,CuZu-SOD, Mn-SOD),GSH-PX,T-AO and CP.Results MDA content in magnetic therapy group is significantly lower than that in model group.T-SOD,CuZu-SOD,CP activity and T-AO content in magnetic therapy group is significantly higher than that in model group,Mn-SOD,GSH-PX activity in magnetic therapy group is higher than that in model group,but not significantly.Conclusion To some extent,the constant magnetic field can increase the antioxidation ability of rats during cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury.
