| 摘 要： | 目的 评价 12导联动态心电图 (Holter)对无症状性心肌缺血的诊断价值。方法 选择 47例经冠状动脉造影 (CAG)证实的冠心病患者 ,并在同期内 (间隔小于 1周 )接受 12导Holter及普通心电图 (ECG)检查 ,将两种检查结果进行对比分析。结果 12导Holter和ECG对无症状性心肌缺血 (SMI)的检出率分别是 75 0 %、8 3 % ,差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 12导Holter可以较早地发现SMI,有助于指导临床治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the diagnosticvalue of 12 lead Holter in silentmyocardial ischemia(SMI). Methods Forty seven patients diagnosed by coronary angiography(CAG) were examined by 12 lead Holter and ECG.The duration of bothmethods was less than one week. 12 lead Holter data were compared with ECG. Results The positive rate of 12 lead Holter and ECG in the diagnosis of SMI were 75.6% and 8.3% respectively. There was an apparent difference between both ( P <0 05). Conclusion Results show that 12 lead Holter can find out SMIearly.It is helpful for SMI to be treated correctly. |
