Aplication of Chronopharmacology in Medicine Treatment

Studies of chronopharmacology have shown that drug efficacy,adverse reactions and pharmacokinetics process seem to appear time-rhythm.Therefore,the time allocation of drug consumption becomes greatly significant in order to improve drug efficacy and to reduce toxicity.To clarify the guiding role of the chronopharmacology in the clinical pharmacology and rational use of drugs,we reviewed the research progress of chronopharmacology in recent years.
