中药退热洗剂擦浴对外感高热的降温效果观察及护理

目的通过两组不同的物理降温方法比较，探讨中药退热洗剂擦浴对外感高热的降温及护理效果。方法将68例患者随机分为退热洗剂擦浴治疗组和酒精擦浴对照组，两组患者均给予常规中西医结合治疗，治疗组在以上治疗的同时加用中药洗剂擦浴．对照组给予35％的酒精擦浴。在擦浴后分别测量30min、60min、90min后的体温，并与擦浴前所测的体温进行对比。结果在擦浴后30分钟时中药擦浴组的疗效低于酒精擦浴对照组（P〈0．os）；在擦浴后60分钟时，两组的退热效果相当（尸〉0．05）；在擦浴后90分钟时中药擦浴组的疗效优于酒精擦浴对照组（P〈0．05）。结论中药退热洗剂擦浴对外感高热症具有良好的降温效果。

Observation and Nursing of Sponge Bathing Cooling Lotion to Flu Fever Caused by Exogenous Pathogenic Factors

Objective To investigate the nursing effect of sponge bathing cooling lotion to flu fever caused by exogenous pathogenic factors through comparing two different physical cooling methods. Methods 68 patients were randomly divided into treatment group with sponge bathing cooling lotion rubbing and control group with alcohol rubbing. Both groups were given routine conventional treatment of com- bined traditional Chinese and western medicine. The treatment group were applied with herb lotion rubbing at the same time, while the control group applied with 35% alcohol. Getting the temperatures after the rubbing were given in 30 min, 60 min, 90 mins and compared them with that before the treatment. Result The cooling effect of herb lotion was inferior to alcohol group in the first 30 min （P〈0.05）; and after 60 mins their effect was similar, but after 90 mins the effect of herb lotion group was superior to alcohol group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Chinese herbal sponge bathing cooling lotion has a favourable effect to flu fever caused by exogenous pathogenic factors.
