输尿管镜与开放手术行会师术治疗后尿道断裂的比较

目的比较输尿管镜下行尿道会师术与开放手术行尿道会师术治疗后尿道断裂的疗效,并探讨输尿管镜下会师术的处理要点。方法回顾性分析9例输尿管镜下尿道会师术和13例开放尿道会师术治疗后尿道断裂的临床资料,比较两组手术时间、术中失血量、术后住院时间、尿道狭窄发生率和最大尿流率等指标。结果两组间尿道狭窄发生率和最大尿流率差异无显著性(P>0.05),但腔内治疗组手术时间、术中失血量和术后住院时间均显著少于开放手术组(P<0.05)。结论输尿管镜下行尿道会师术手术时间短、创伤小、恢复快、效果好,是优于传统开放会师术的理想方式。

Ureteroscopy versus open surgery in respect of therapeutic effects in interlocking posterior urethroplasty

Objective: To compare the therapeutic effects of ureteroscopy and open surgery in interlocking posterior urethroplasty and investigate the management principles of ureteroscopy in interlocking posterior urethroplasty. Methods: 9 cases treated by ureteroscopy and 13 cases treated by open surgery in the way of interlocking posterior urethroplasty were retrospectively analyzed. Results: Urethral strictures and MFR of the ureteroscopic group and the open surgical group had no significant difference (P>0.05), but the ureteroscopic group had significant shorter operation time, less blood loss and shorter hospital stay than the open surgical group (P<0.05). Conclusions: The ureteroscopy has the advantages of shorter operation time and less trauma and rapider recovery, and it is superior to open surgery in respect of therapeutic effects in interlocking posterior urethroplasty.
