| 摘 要： | 目的探讨广东省三级甲等医院医疗输送系统运行现状,分析医疗输送系统行业存在的问题,为制订医疗输送系统规范措施提供理论依据。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷,对广东省25家三级甲等医院医疗输送系统的现状进行调查并分析其存在的问题。结果广东省25家三级甲等医院中,18家医院已建立临床支持中心。存在着医院管理部门不明确,管理力度不一,社会化物业管理公司运作管理水平良莠不齐,缺乏有效管理机制等问题。结论强有力的临床支持系统是医院提供优质医疗护理服务的保证,建立并完善一套标准的医疗输送专业服务指南及质量管理系统是新医改形势下医院亟待解决的问题。 |
