摘    要:背景:预防硬膜外粘连的方法很多,而可降解医用膜因为其独特的性质,在未来有着良好的应用前景.目的:概括、总结可降解医用膜的优缺点及实验应用效果.方法:应用计算机检索2001-01/2011-01 PubMed数据库、中国知网数据库相关文章,中文检索词为"椎板切除术,可降解医用膜,硬膜粘连",英文检索词为"Laminectomy,degradable medical films,epidural adhesion".排除重复文献,筛选纳入28篇文献进行综述.结果及结论:可降解医用膜能很好的预防硬膜外粘连,并且其降解产物可被人体吸收或通过呼吸及体液排出体外,故不会对人体产生危害,可作为预防硬膜外粘连的理想的材料.可降解医用膜众多,实验结果也不尽相同,由于单一种医用膜都各自存在缺点,将两种或两种以上膜进行改性后可克服各自身的缺点,是未来研究的方向.

Abstract:BACKGROUND: There are many methods for preventing epidural adhesion. Because of the unique properties, gradable medical films have a good application prospect in the future. OBJECTIVE: To summarize the advantages, disadvantages and clinical effects of biodegradable medical films.
