| 摘 要： | 目的探讨多酶自动清洗机清洗止血带的效果。方法选择应用过污染的止血带600条,随机分为两组各300条,分别给予传统清洗消毒法(采用含氯消毒液浸泡)与采用多酶清洗机自动清洗法。比较两组止血带清洗后消毒洁净度和细菌培养阳性率。结果实验组清洗消毒后止血带洁净度和细菌培养阳性率分别为99.67%和0.00%;对照组清洗消毒后止血带洁净度和细菌培养率分别为84.33%和28.67%,两组比较,均P<0.01,差异具有统计学意义。结论多酶清洗机清洗消毒止血带,清洗消毒效果好,质量保证,值得临床推广使用。
