氟硅酮丙烯酸脂材料制作角膜塑形镜控制近视效果及其安全性

摘    要:背景:氟硅酮丙烯酸脂透气性材料成为制作角膜塑形镜的理想材料,其对眼屈光和眼生理的影响受到关注.目的:研究角膜塑形术控制近视发展的临床效果及安全性.方法:观察18例35眼佩戴1年角膜塑形镜的青少年中、低度近视裸眼视力、屈光度变化、眼轴长度、角膜内皮计数、眼压、角膜Q值等变化.结果与结论:1年后裸眼视力与佩戴前矫正视力比较差异无显著性意义(t=-0.27、P=0.78);佩戴前后1年屈光度、眼轴长度、角膜内皮计数、眼压比较差异无显著性意义(t=1.37、P=0.18;t=-0.94、P=0.35;t=-0.52、P=0.6;t=1.00、P=0.32);佩戴前后1年角膜Q值比较差异有显著性意义(t=-8.03、P=0.00).提示氟硅酮丙烯酸脂透气性材料角膜塑形镜控制近视安全、有效,对眼生理影响小.

Abstract:BACKGROUND: Fluorosilicone acrylate is a perfect plastic material for orthokeratology, and its influence on diopter and physiology of the eye is attracted.
