| 摘 要： | 背景:髋臼杯即髋臼假体的安放角度是手术成功的关键因素,髋臼外展角、前倾角是评价髋臼假体放置是否合理的重要参数.目的:综述了髋臼前倾角的测量方法,髋臼前倾角与假体的关系,为临床合理放置假体提供理论指导.方法:应用计算机检索万方、维普和PubMed数据库中2011-08之前关于全髋关节置换髋臼前倾角的文章,在标题和摘要中以"全髋关节置换;髋臼前倾角;人工关节;测量"为检索词进行检索.选择文章内容与关节置换及髋臼前倾角相关,同一领域文献则选择近期发表或发表在权威杂志文章.初检得到285篇文献,根据纳入标准选择25篇文章进行综述.结果与结论:髋臼假体精确的放置对关节的稳定性十分重要,目前大多数学者认为臼假体安放于外展40°~45°、前倾15°~20°比较合理.
