浙江省丽水山区134份犬脑组织狂犬病病毒抗原检测

目的对浙江省丽水市山区犬脑组织标本进行狂犬病病毒抗原检测，了解犬狂犬病毒感染状况。方法收集丽水市山区狂犬病和疑似狂犬病犬以及外观健康犬脑组织标本134份，用直接免疫荧光试验（DFA）检测狂犬病病毒抗原，确定阳性标本。结果134份犬脑组织标本印片DFA检测9份为阳性，占所检标本的 6.72%（9/134），其中外观异常并攻击人/犬导致人或犬间疫情的犬脑组织标本8份，均阳性；外观正常犬脑组织标本共126份，1份阳性，阳性率0.79%（1/126）。结论在丽水市首次用免疫学方法进行狂犬病病毒的实验室检测，狂犬病病毒在丽水山区狂犬病疫区的犬间相互传播，犬狂犬病疫情存在扩散的现象。

Detection of rabies virus antigen in 134 dog brain samples in Lishui

Objective To investigate the infection status of rabies virus in dogs by detecting the virus antigen in dog brain samples in the mountain area in Lishui,Zhejiang province.
