| 摘 要： | 随着人们对脾脏免疫功能重要性的深入了解,脾外伤后保留脾脏的观点已被人们所普遍接受。我院自1970年1月～1990年12月,共收治外伤性脾破裂241例,其中采用各种保脾疗法治疗脾破裂81例,取得满意疗效。本文重点讨论各保脾疗法的适应症及其操作体会。

| Abstract: | With increasing awareness of the importance of the immunologic splenic function, the preservation of the spleen in the management of splenic trauma has been widely accepted. From January 1970 to December 1990, 241 patients with splenic rupture in trauma were admitted, in whom 79 were treated by splenic preservation with good therapeutic effectiveness. The indications of splenic preservation and the operative procedure were discussed in this paper. |
