| 摘 要： | 目的分析脊髓分裂畸形(SCM)的MRI表现,提高对SCM的认识和诊断水平。资料与方法搜集行MRI检查的SCM患者资料17例,并结合文献对其MRI表现进行回顾性分析。结果17例中,男8例,女9例,年龄1～66岁,平均24.8岁。其中Pang Ⅰ型9例,分布于T12～S2椎体水平,椎管内出现矢状位的骨间隔。两条半脊髓分别位于独立的硬膜囊内。Pang Ⅱ型8例,分布于T3～L5椎体水平。两条分裂的脊髓位于同一硬膜囊内。常见的伴发畸形包括圆锥低位,脊柱裂,中央管扩张,脊柱侧弯,移行椎及阻滞椎,表皮样囊肿和畸胎瘤,蝴蝶椎及楔形椎,脂肪瘤,终丝分离。1例合并神经源性膀胱、1例重复肾。结论MRI对SCM的显示具有良好的敏感性,在术前计划的制定中可以发挥重要的作用,应该作为术前常规检查方法之一。
