| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨彩色多普勒超声检查在胎儿先天性二尖瓣畸形诊断中的应用和价值。方法：对8例胎儿先天性二尖瓣畸形病例进性回顾性分析、总结。结果：8例资料中,二尖瓣闭锁5例,二尖瓣狭窄2例,二尖瓣关闭不全1例。结论：彩色多普勒超声检查在胎儿先天性二尖瓣畸形产前诊断中具有一定作用。

| Abstract: | Objective： To discuss the application and value of color doppler uhraound in the mitral valve malformation of fetuses. Method： Eight fetuses with the mitral valve malformation were retrospectively analyzed. Result： In eight cases of the mitral valve malformation, five with the mitral atresia, two with the mitral stenosis, one with the mitral incompetence. Conclusion： Color doppler ultrasound plays an important part in the prenatal diagnosis of mitral valve malformation. |
